The personality test we use (Keys test) can generate over 16 trillion unique profiles. Why? Because every person is unique.
Together with my husband (also an entrepreneur) I did the Keys session. I got mega insights into how to make things easier and lighter for myself. Doing what you are meant to do from your DNA. Through the session you notice a shift in your energy.
Also interesting to know from each other what values clash, how we can deal with them and how we can strengthen each other.

To include the team in the rapid growth, strengthen the mutual connection and actively involve everyone in the rebranding, we organized a team day with Inline Leadership.
Beforehand, everyone took the personality test. The outcome: a strong team profile as well as valuable insights into questions such as: How can we best strengthen each other? What are everyone’s qualities? What do we need from each other in this growth phase?
The team has been included in the vision for the coming year. All noses are pointed in the same direction. We know what we are talking about, what we stand for and what we are going for. And everyone feels it. We all tell the same story. Every day.
I did the Keys session with my team at Linn. This made it very clear what my qualities are and those of my team. As a result more efficient can work, know where we complement each other and we can articulate very clearly who we are looking for as a new colleague. And it worked out.
