From the moment I met Andreas, my husband, he expressed his desire to return to his hometown from the age of 50. It took 35 years – including 29 years of marriage, two wonderful children, several relocations, and a fantastic but also challenging entrepreneurial adventure on many fronts – before the time was right to return to Merano.
I’ve always said, ‘I’d love to live in Merano, but I also want to work there! On my terms, in a way that suits me and makes me happy.
With the exclusive Coach Residence and the City Chic Apartment in the heart of Merano, we’ve made our dream come true.

Who is the Business Retreat for?
De Business Retreat La Dolde Vita. Above and Beyond. offers three options:
1. 1 op 1 coaching: For seasoned entrepreneurs & CEOs with mature challenges and a high level of ambition. The apartment accommodates 2 people, so your potential partner is also welcome during your stay in the City Chic Apartment.
2. Businesspartners: The business retreat is also available for two partners or companions who want to make a deeper dive on both an individual and relationship level.
3. Leiderschapsteams: The Team Retreat is for Leadership teams (up to 6 people) looking to grow in their leadership and communication skills.
How long does the retreat last?
The retreat lasts for 5 days, with 3 days of exclusive top-level coaching.
Is the retreat also conducted in English?
Yes, the retreat can be conducted entirely in English.
